1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order 

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (attar/perfume oils), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number (if applicable).

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories (if any).

  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.


 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 Business Days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).


 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used attar bottles.

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


 

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
